Initial consultation
Online or in-person, this appointment allows for a deep dive into, and careful consideration of, your health and health goals. I look to identify and treat the underlying causes of your health disruptions. An individualised and holistically minded treatment plan is devised and discussed, and may include lifestyle and dietary advice, and herbal and/or energetic medicines.

Return consultation
This consultation involves a revision of your symptoms and an understanding of any challenges you have faced, and how well you have implemented any changes since your last visit. We may discuss options for further testing/pathology.
